Projects & Collaboration
I offer workshops on a one-off basis or over several weeks / sessions. As a creative practitioner I have led and delivered a range of projects across mid and south Wales since 2016, as a part of the ACW initiative with Lead Creative Schools. Recent project-work involves collaborating with Emma Gardner (garden designer) and we work outdoors with young learners blending creative writing, drama, with creating outdoor spaces for the schools to then maintain and enjoy. Emma and I are always happy to offer a site-visit and discuss any ideas you may have, across a range of settings.
Workshops
Creative workshops are a wonderful way for children and young adults to express creativity!
Raven Drama workshops offer group tuition across all age groups. By providing a relaxed & supportive environment, participants develop the confidence to engage with others while developing creativity & communication skills. Experiencing self-discipline, teamwork, reflection and evaluation are all a part of the process - which all takes place organically, in a supportive and nurtured space.
Raven Drama offers not only drama! Lynn is a skilled creative practitioner who has also delivered projects as a part of the Lead Creative School Scheme, with the Arts Council Wales with both writing and drama skills as a base for projects.
Lynn relishes working with the written word, as well as performed and is a skilled facilitator when it comes to nurturing the creative writing of young learners too.
Our academic base nurtures an appreciation of literature, poetry and drama, with the opportunity to undertake London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) exams too!

We are so proud of all year 6 learners who have been part of The Lead Creative School Scheme funded through The Arts Council for Wales. Our focus has been to improve communication skills. Millbrook pupils have worked alongside creative practitioner Lynn Clausen developing their speaking and listening skills through a range of drama activities. This culminated in the children’s performance of 'Jibber Jabber' to parents, school and the local community at the beginning of May. Jibber Jabber was a creative production containing elements of Shakespeare and pieces penned by the children themselves. The result was an outstanding performance by every child showing a growth in confidence and an improvement in individual pupil oracy skills. Well done everyone!"

‘I was surprised by how much fun it turned out to be, even though the idea petrified me to begin with.
